A traditionally manufactured, medium weight pomade with a mild coconut-pineapple fragrance in the style of the 1930s. The Dapper Dan Men's Pomade contains classic ingredients like petrolatum, hair nourishing coconut oil, firming micro wax and skin-protecting stearic acid - a typical, now forgotten ingredient of pomades of the 1920s and 40s. Vegan friendly. Made in Germany without artificial colors or preservatives.

The Dapper Dan Men's Pomade is a pomade for real men of the 1920-40s, since a special feature of Dapper Dan pomade is that it is designed to be - economical and can stay in the hair for days and even a week. And this despite frequent hairwashing.
The effect
Though the Dapper Dan Men's Pomade is in the hardness similar to Sweet Georgia Brown Hair Dressing Pomade, it is stronger in hold and richer in hair care. It is ideal for typical hairstyles of the 1920-50s, such as Slick Backs and Pompadours /Quiffs. It offers, depending on the applied amount of pomade, a medium to firm hold and an elegant sheen.
The Dapper Dan Men's Pomade provides the hair with a good shape thanks to petrolatum and micro wax, and with an elegant luster thanks to coconut oil. The hold of the Dapper Dan Pomade is good, the hair care abilities are rich due to the contained coconut oil. In addition, the scalp is protected against environmental influences by stearic acid - a fatty acid that has been previously used for pomade and candle making.
The color and the fragrance
When you open the Dapper Dan Men's Pomade a blossom honey colored pomade of medium strong and tough consistency smiles at you. The mild, creamy, masculine and elegant coconut-pineapple scent is present but unobtrusive. The Dapper Dan Men's Pomade does without any artificial dyes; for the delicate coloring natural dye was used, namely beta-carotene - a product obtained from plants and fruits.
Directions:
In the 1920-50s pomades like the Dapper Dan Men's Pomade were used as follows: 1) Wet hair thoroughly with water - preferably with warm water, 2) Now apply pomade abundantly, ie 2 to 3 fingers full of pomade (about 2-3 teaspoons) and massage the pomade in your hair, 3) Comb and brush the hair into the desired shape.
For split ends and for easy styling, you can take less pomade, already a fingertip of the Dapper Dan Men's Pomade does its job. Applied to damp hair the pomade best unfolds its effect.

Beste All Day Pomade
Diese Pomade ist bei mir immer im Schrank. Seit 5 Jahren.
Hält mega, Duftet gut, glänzt schön und super im Preis.
Natürlich habe ich auch andere Pomaden denn Abwechslung muss sein, aber ich komme immer wieder gerne zu Ihr Zurück.
Empfehlung ist auch das Haar Tonic greenvon Don Draper , super erfrischend und auch immer im Schrank.

Gute Pomade
Da ich ein Anfänger bin was Pomaden angeht, bin ich mit der ,, Don Drapper,, Pomade sehr zufrieden. Sie läst sich leicht verarbeiten und hat ein ganz leichten Duft nach Kokos, was sehr angenehm ist.
Danke auch an das Pomadenshop Team was sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat bei der Beschreibung der einzelnen Pomaden.

Nicht so meine
Zunächst das Positive, was aber wohl auch das Wichtigste einer Pomade ist.
Der Halt: ist sehr gut. Obwohl als "Medium" ausgezeichnet würde ich sie zwischen Medium und Stark kategorisieren.
Mir persönlich riecht sie etwas zu sehr nach Kokos und gibt zu wenig Glanz.

Die Don Drapper Medium lässt sich sehr leicht entnehmen und hat wirklich einen sehr milden Ananas Duft den ich sehr toll finde.
Lässt sich super immer im Haar verteilen ohne große Mühe.

Ich nutze die "Medium" - Pomade schon relativ lang.Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Geruch und auch mit dem Material an sich. Im Gegensatz zu der "harten" Pomade kann man hier leicht mit dem Finger rein fahren und die Pomade direkt verarbeiten, was gerade Morgens im Arbeitsalltag Prima ist.
