A beard is more than just facial hair. For a man, a beard or mustache is a visible emphasis of his masculinity. But a beard and mustache need to be kept well-groomed. Beard care is more of a ritual and a pleasure that the man and his beard look forward to every day. The result is a confident and powerful appearance. Daily beard care includes: Beard cleaning with beard soap or beard shampoo. Pre-grooming with a beard comb and beard brush or mustache comb and mustache brush. Followed by main care with a beard oil or beard balm. Finally, the beard is brought in to the desired shape with a beard balm, while the mustache is shaped with a beard wax or a mustache wax. If the beard is happy, the man is too.
