Shear Revival began in October 2013 in a small kitchen in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The founder and mastermind behind "Shear Revival" - Zachary West has been a successful stylist and hairdresser in the industry for over a decade. However, after his high quality standards were not satisfied by the products available, Zachary took to the kitchen himself and began creating his own products using his knowledge of the beauty industry.

With a strong DIY work ethic and ethic, each product is handmade in small batches in what is now his own lab to always achieve the highest quality products. Likewise, he places the highest value on maximizing natural ingredients and using as few chemicals as possible. One notices immediately by the used ingredients and harmoniously co-ordinated smells, with which love and above all heart blood here the products are manufactured.

The removal of the bright white UWB - Matte Paste is done almost without any significant effort. Rubbed between the hands, it becomes creamy and smooth as known from some handmade hair pastes. The distribution in the hair is, forPasten typical, a Kinderpsiel. Once applied to the hair, it really makes it fun to sculpt the hairstyle into every style imaginable. A lot of volume, high hairstyles, Elvis pomp or classic facet, with the "Northern Lights" almost every hair type can be tamed and designed.

The matte paste washes out easily with a little shampoo and warm water. The hair feels well-groomed afterwards and in no way straw-like or even dry. Shear Revival's harmoniously coordinated scent of citrus and tart sage, which is slightly in the foreground here, wafting around the nose again and again throughout the day and is in no way intrusive.
