The "Captain Fawcett 's Expedition Strength Moustache Wax" is a super heavy traditionally hand made beard wax, which is even used on film sets. It is suitable to bring mustaches in a extra stable form. It gives the beard a soft feel and a mild, pleasant scent of sandalwood - the most popular with Captain Fawcett waxes.
It comes in a small metal tins and consists of only four natural ingredients. Captain Fawcett products always amaze by the consistently aesthetic and high-quality design: the central optic is the namesake of Captain Peabody Fawcett himself, a 1905 lost colonial explorer, whose beard waxes are being produced in the original recipe again after 100 years.
Directions:
Push out a bit of the Moustache Wax out of the glass container. Rub it between your thumb and index finger and massage it into the mustache or beard.

Starker Halt, gutes Finish
Ich trage einen english moustache, da sich meine Barthaare allerdings stark wellen neigen die Enden immer dazu, sich nach oben zu biegen. Mit diesem Wachs endlich nicht mehr.
Zur Anwendung: Ich bringe meinen moustache mit Captain Fawcetts Booze & Baccy Moustache Wax in Form. Zum Schluss trage ich das Expedition Strength Moustache Wax auf die Enden auf, zweimal, da sich auf Grund der Härte des Wachses nur eine geringere Menge verarbeiten lässt. Die Haare bekommen so eine schöne, gerade Form, die sie auch lange halten. Sollte ich doch Nachstylen müssen, mache ich das wieder mit dem Booze & Baccy.
Wie beschrieben ist das Wachs sehr fest. Deswegen entnehme ich weniger Wachs, da sich eine kleinere Menge zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger besser weichmachen lässt. Ein Erwärmen der Dose mit Föhn oder Wasserbad war bei mir noch nie notwendig.
Die Dose passt bei mir gut in die Hosentasche (gilt natürlich auch für alle anderen Wachse vom Captain), aber das ist natürlich von der Hose abhängig. Bei Jeans einwandfrei, bei einer Anzughose sieht man die Konturen der Dose.

Sehr stabil, nicht gut zu verarbeiten
Einmal verarbeitet, hält es gut! Leider ist es so hart, auch in der Hosentasche transportiert, dass es sich gar nicht gut in das Barthaar einarbeiten lässt! Auf einer sehr heißen Heizung wird es nur wenig besser verarbeitbar, dann kann es jedoch mit den Fingernägeln entnommen und den Bart eingearbeitet werden. Kommt der Bart aus der Form, so bröckelt das Wachs unschön anzusehen aus dem Bart! Toll, dass auch negative Kritiken zugelassen werden!
