The Reuzel Solid Cologne "Wood & Spice" is a parfume in a solid form. It is refined on thistle oil and beeswax with added natural horsetail, hazelnut, rice, rosemary and stinging nettle extract to even have skin conditioning properties on the applied areas. Through the water- and sweat-resistant beeswax, the scent stays on the skin for a very long time and is activated again and again by body heat. The wearer of the solid cologne will way more often recognize the scent, compared to a liquid parfume spray. In the flat little tin, the Solid Cologne is also great for the trouser pocket or traveling in a wash bag.
The spices outweigh and give the Solid Cologne a pleasantly warm, even rather light and fresh fragrance. In the background you will find a slightly flowery, woody note.
Application:
Simply drive with one finger in circular movements over the surface, no pressure is required. Due to the body heat, some of the product sticks very fast to the finger and you can apply the solid cologne to the desired places.
The Solid Cologne is packed in a matte beige blue aluminum can.

Gutes Produkt
Ich mag den Duft ausgesprochen gern. Er wirkt sofort vertraut – vermutlich, weil viele ihn aus klassischen Herrendüften kennen. Zedernholz, Gewürznelke und Zitronenschale prägen den Charakter, gelegentlich abgerundet durch Vanille oder Sandelholz. Das Ergebnis ist warm, würzig und elegant, mit einem sanften, fast vanilligen Ausklang – dezent, aber dennoch präsent.
Da es sich um ein Solid Cologne handelt, ist die Haltbarkeit naturgemäß etwas kürzer als bei Sprühparfums. Meiner Erfahrung nach entfaltet sich der Duft über den Tag hinweg immer wieder für etwa 3–5 Stunden, danach sollte man erneut auftragen. Direkt auf der Haut bleibt er für die Partnerin allerdings den ganzen Tag angenehm wahrnehmbar. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Anders als bei Sprühparfums kann man kaum so viel auftragen, dass es für die Umgebung zu intensiv würde.
Unterm Strich: gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein wirklich gelungenes Solid Cologne.
