The super strong gel pomade by Schorem - the famous barbers of Rotterdam
Modern, extra strong water-based pomade with a nice scent of almond and vanilla and high sheen. Easy to wash out. The pomade comes in a very cool blue tin can with the sketch of a house pig as well as with nice nostalgic ornaments. The shown pig is a hint on the pomade origins from the 17th and 18th century, where fat from pigs has been used for pomades. "Reuzel" means "lard" in dutch. Made in the USA.
The hairdressers of Schorem from the Netherlands are cult. No more, no less - in their barber salon in Rotterdam they will only provide 10 haircuts. For these 10 haircuts customers are already 2 hours before opening waiting in the line. Without appointments. And when by 10 o'clock the Barbershop opens its doors, 50 customers have to be sent away as the Schorem barbers are fully booked out for the day.
Now the long awaitened pomade is finally here. The blue Reuzel is an extra strong gel pomade similar to Layrite Superhold, but even stronger and with a great sheen. It is golden, transparent and water based, containing mostly chemicals which ensure the pomade to be easy to wash out. It is easy to handle does not dry out and is easy to comb all day.
The scent
The blue Reuzel has a warm, sweet and slightly woody scent of almond and vanilla. It reminds of chocolate, caramel and coffee. In the hair, the blue Reuzel provides a sweet seductive charisma which makes a perfume unnecessary.
Packaged in a beautiful blue tin can with a cool design.
