Consistency and fragrance
Uppercut Featherweight is white in color, with a creamy consistency. It is roughly comparable to the DAX Hairshaper. When rubbed on the hands, it looks like white, solid toothpaste.
The scent is strong like lemongrass.
The Uppercut Featherweight contains as water-based styling cream, this just allows for a loose, medium-firm hold and easy wash-out.
The packaging
The tin, like all Uppercut tins, looks great. It is made of tin with a very practical screw cap. So that the water-based consistency does not rust the tin, the pomade is inside a plastic container. However, this cannot be removed.
Application:
Rub a small amount of pomade between your palms and fingers, and work it into dry hair. Repeat if necessary. Comb, done. To wash it out, use your usual shampoo.
The pomade is packaged in a very nice black plastic jar with twist top.
