The first and only oil-based pomade from the new cult brand Prospectors from the USA. With a medium hold, a wonderful, non-intrusive shine and a fresh, woody fragrance with light citrus notes. Made in the USA.
The Prospectors brand actually stands for modern water-soluble pomades. With Oil Based, this cult brand from the USA presents a pomade that couldn't be more classic. With just a few ingredients (including petroleum jelly, microwax and perfume), you could also think in terms of feel that you have a legendary pomade from the 1920s in your hands. In addition, you have 128 g of content. Much more than most oil-based pomades.
Processing is very easy. The Prospectors OIL BASED pomade "CRUDE OIL" comes out of the can without resistance and the hold corresponds exactly to what you want from a medium-strength pomade. You only notice the modern origin from the gloss: It is quite silky and is much more matt than, for example, a Sweet Georgia Brown or a Murray's Small Batch 50/50. It smells of freshly cut wood and has a light and subtle citrus note afterwards. A highlight of the Crude Oil (e.g. German: Rohöl) is also the beautifully designed can, which is seen by many as one of the most beautiful packaging for a styling product. The typical flat-round jar with an embossed lid, the Prospectors OIL BASED pomade "CRUDE OIL" should not be missing in any collection.
