Handcrafted oil-based clay by RareCraft – with strong hold, nourishing shea butter, argan oil, and jojoba oil, plus a fresh, smoky fragrance of mandarin, bitter orange, and sweet tobacco. Made in Poland.
The RareCraft Sicilian Sunset Oil-Based Clay is a premium styling product created for men who want maximum volume, texture, and control with a matte-satin finish. Easy to scoop from the elegant glass jar, this firm clay is best applied to towel-dried hair. Depending on hair length and thickness, work 1–2 fingertip amounts into your hair and style as desired. The clay washes out after approximately two shampoos.
Premium Styling & Signature Scent
Inspired by the warmth and artistry of Sicily, this clay blends performance and luxury. Its sophisticated scent combines citrus top notes of lemon, bergamot, mandarin, and bitter orange with floral heart notes of African orange blossom, neroli, and jasmine. Deep base notes of amber, mugwort, and muskwood complete the fragrance with masculine depth and character.
How to Use
For best results, scoop a small amount with dry hands and warm it thoroughly between your palms before applying. This softens the texture, making it easier to distribute evenly through dry hair from roots to tips. You can layer additional clay for stronger hold and definition. Proper application ensures precise control and lasting style.
Washing & Styling Tips
As an oil- and wax-based clay, this product requires more effort to wash out than water-based alternatives. Use a quality shampoo and allow time for thorough cleansing. Some stylists deliberately leave a light “buildup” layer for next-day styling, using it as a natural pre-styler to enhance hold and structure. Hair tonics like Don Draper Hair Tonic Blue or Green are excellent for refreshing and restyling buildup-treated hair the following morning.

Einfach ein geiles Teil ! Das Design des Tiegel ist schon ein toller Anblick, macht sich gut in jedem Regal aber ansonsten
- Klasse Duft ! Besonders die Mandarine kommt gut zum Vorschein und an sich ist der Duft den ganzen Tag wahrnehmbar was mir persönlich wichtig ist.
- das entnehmen aus dem Tiegel ist mit einem kleinen Kraftaufwand verbunden lässt sich aber dann erstaunlich gut in den Händen verreiben und ins Haar massieren.
- Volumen und Halt sind spitze ! Morgens drauf und bis Abend sitzt die Frisur perfekt.
