Distribute evenly through dry or slightly damp hair, then shape the desired style using your fingers, a comb or a brush. For the strongest hold and driest matte finish, apply the clay to dry hair. Applying it to slightly damp hair makes distribution easier and produces a softer, more flexible finish. As a pre-styler: Work approximately a hazelnut-sized amount through towel-dried hair. Blow-dry into shape using a brush or comb to create additional foundation, texture and volume.
