The "Uppercut Featherweight" is a modern, water-based styling cream. It is perfect for classic hairstyles, as well as natural or tousled looks à la James Dean, where the hairstyle should appear loose and silky shiny—but not greasy or sticky.

The Uppercut Featherweight is an all-rounder. It's very easy to work into the hair and easy to wash out. The style stays flexible all day, leaving a light film on your fingers as you run your fingers through your hair.

Consistency and Fragrance
Uppercut Featherweight is white, with a creamy consistency. It is roughly comparable to the DAX Hairshaper. Rubbed into the hands, it looks like white, solid toothpaste.
The fragrance is strong, like lemongrass.
Uppercut Featherweight is a water-based styling cream containing real lemongrass oil. This allows for a loose, medium hold and easy rinsing.
The Packaging
The tin, like all Uppercut tins, looks great. It's made of tin with a very practical screw cap. To prevent the water-based consistency from rusting the tin, the pomade is contained within a plastic container. This container, however, cannot be removed.
Application:
Rub a small amount of pomade between your palms and fingers and work it into dry hair. Repeat if necessary. Comb, and you're done. To rinse it out, use your usual shampoo.

Leichtes Auswaschen ist eine Lüge!
Die Pomade selbst riecht super und der Halt ist stark. Aber sie ist viel mehr wie eine klassische, ölbasierte Pomade. Dass sie sich leicht auswaschen lässt, ist eine glatte Lüge. Selbst nach mehrfachen Waschen mit Shampoo, mehreren Runden im Sportbad und anschließend erneutem Haare waschen, ist sie immer noch deutlich in den Haaren vorhanden. Auch die Einarbeitung ist nicht so einfach, wie ich es von Pomaden mit ähnlicher Beschreibung gewohnt bin.

Kann diese Pomade nur weiter empfehlen, lässt sich gut einarbeiten, nur sollte man ein wenig schnell sein, denn sie zieht schnell stark ein. Der Halt ist sehr stark und hält über den ganzen Tag.
Der Geruch ist angenehm frisch und nicht zu aufdringlich.

Die Pomade ist etwas streng einzuarbeiten aber sehr gut. Schmeckt nach Zitrone/Limette. Nach mehrmaligem durch die Haare fahren mit etwas Kraft sitzt die Frisur. Super Produkt.
