Small can of the super strong gel pomade by Schorem - the cult barbers of Rotterdam
Strong, modern water-based pomade with a nice almond and vanilla scent and high sheen. Easy to wash out. Comes in a small blue tin can with the sketch of a house pig as well as with nice nostalgic ornaments. The shown pig is a hint on the pomade origins from the 17th and 18th century, where fat from pigs has been used for pomades. "Reuzel" means "lard" in dutch. Made in the USA.
The hairdressers of Schorem from the Netherlands are cult. In their barber salon in Rotterdam they will only provide 10 haircuts, no more, no less. For these 10 haircuts customers are already 2 hours before opening waiting in the line. Without appointments. And when by 10 o'clock the Barbershop opens its doors, 50 customers have to be sent away as the Schorem barbers are fully booked out for the day.
Finally, the long awaitened new pomade is here. Just like the former Reuzel pomades, the blue Reuzel is also available in this small can for on the road. An extra strong gel pomade, comparable to Layrite Superhold, but with an even stronger hold and with a great sheen. It is water-based, therefore it is very easy to wash out with plain water. This feature is unfortunately owed to its chemical ingredients.
Packaged in a big blue tin can with a cool design.

erste wasserbasierte Pomade - Top Qualität & sehr teuer
Dies ist meine erste wasserbasierte Pomade. Nachdem ich die grüne (fettbasierte) Reuzel schon ausprobiert habe, habe ich mich mal an die blaue rangetraut. Die Pomade gibt einen sehr guten Halt, der Duft ist schon relativ stark wahrnehmbar (ist halt Geschmackssache), aber ich find ihn ok. Für mich ist die blaue Reuzel ab jetzt eine super Alternative für meine ganzen fettbasierten (Murray's, Sweet Gerogia, Reuzel Grün, Dapper Dan usw.) Pomaden. Was ich aber jedem empfehlen würde: gleich die nächstgrößere Dose bestellen, da die "small" wirklich sehr sehr sehr klein ist (Dose hat nen Durchmesser von der Größe eines Daumens) und preislich seeeeeeehr teuer für diese Menge ist. (fast 30 Euro für 100 gramm --> also umgerechnet ca. doppelt so teuer wie die nächst größere Dose). Wenn ich die jeden Tag anwenden würde, wäre die nach ner guten Woche leer.
