This is how you care for the Don Draper bristle hair brush:
As soon as the shine of the hair brush starts to fade, it's time to clean it. Remove hair from the brush by lifting it out from the side with a comb or the Don Draper brush cleaner. Move the brush around in soapy water and rinse under cold water. Do not soak as the bristles will absorb water and damage the wood. Shake off any excess moisture and place the brush on a towel with the bristles facing down. Allow the brush to air dry and do not apply any additional heat.
For generations, high-quality bristles from Indian and Chinese wild boar have been used, which are known for their natural strength and elasticity. The quality of the bristles is judged by their stiffness. The highest quality and most expensive bristles are located close to the body.
To reach all layers of hair, right down to the scalp, Don Draper uses different grades and mixtures of bristles. These are suitable for penetrating the different hair structures, whether fine, normal or thick.
Real bristles ensure good hair care in many different ways. First and foremost, they keep the hair clean. Under a microscope, the surface of a bristle resembles the scales of a fish. When a hairbrush made of natural bristles is pulled through a head of hair, these tiny overlapping scales act like a comb, combing each hair tightly. In the process, the hair follicles are cleaned of dirt, dust and grease. Natural bristles will never damage human hair as they are both made of the same protein.;

klein aber fein
Beim öffnen der Verpackung dachte ich nur:" die sah auf dem Foto aber größer aus". Im nachhinein ist diese Größe aber ideal. Sie liegt gut in der Hand, ist sehr schön verarbeitet und macht was sie soll. Und das zu meiner vollsten zufriedenheit.
Gute "kleine" Bartbürste
Hallo zusammen,
ich bewerte heute die Dapper Dan Bartbürste.
Da ich mich entschieden habe, mir einen Bart wachsen zu lassen, war für mich von Anfang an klar diesen auch richtig zu pflegen damit er gut aussieht. Also bestellte ich mir ein Bartöl und zusätzlich diese Bartbürste.
Die Bürste kam ohne zusätzliche Umverpackung und war in eine Folie eingewickelt. Das war für mich soweit okay, hatte aber insgeheim auf eine kleine "schicke" Verpackung gehofft.
Was mich etwas enttäuschte im ersten Moment war die Größe der Bürste. (Hätte ich mal die Produktbeschreibung bis zum Ende gelesen!)
Doch nach dem ersten Test war ich angenehm überrascht. Die Größe ist genau richtig für den Bart. Die Borsten sind sehr angenehm trotz ihrer Härte. Der Bart wird gereinigt und gleichzeitig gepflegt und in Form gebracht.
Um das "formen" des Bartes zu unterstützen empfehle ich ein gutes Bartöl oder auch Bartwichse.
Das Design ist sehr klassisch gehalten, das Branding mit Markenlogo und Co sehr sauber gemacht.
Ich kann die Bürste nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch weiter empfehlen. Die Qualität spricht hier für sich.
