Prepares the skin for a good shave

A pre-shave from the Czech Republic from the traditional manufacturer Alpa. It is suitable both -  shaving with an electric razor and wet shaving. It softens the whiskers, creates a smoother skin surface due to glycerin, soothes with allantoin and refreshes with menthol. In addition, it makes one enjoy the beautiful, nostalgic Windsor scent even before shaving. Packed in a heavy glass bottle. 

The "Alpa Windsor" series is produced by the Czech tradition company Alpa a.s., which have been manufacturing since 1913 the famous Alpa rubbing alcohol. This pre-shave (in Czech: "voda pred holenim") differs from the Windsor Aftershave by a yellow stripe on the label.

The scent

The scent is soapy-fresh, like brandy and bay leafs. Like the Windsor aftershave it smells really nice, nostalgic, but a little lighter and more volatile. It is supposed to already give pleasure to your nose just before shaving.

The effect

The contained alcohol degreases the surface of the skin and facial hair. A high proportion of glycerin in turn ensures a smooth skin surface and softer whiskers. Allantoin soothes the skin. Menthol's ensures a better blood flow to the skin.

The packaging

Also the Windsor Pre-shave comes in a thick glass bottle with a black plastic cap. The label is simple and creates a difference to the Windsor aftershave just through a yellow strip.
