Consistency and fragrance The Uppercut Matt Clay is a field gray pomade with a warm undertone. The consistency is firm. If you've managed to dig some pomade out of the can with your finger, the pomade looks and feels like soft plastic. It's not tough like a DAX or Murray's, but creamy. The pomade can easily be rubbed between the hands with a little pressure and worked into the hair. Surprisingly, very little is enough to achieve a very nice effect. The scent is one of the best ever: a really successful mix of wood and leather. This is how it is specified by the manufacturer. We smell more of a fresh fragrance composition here, reminiscent of a modern perfume. The Uppercut Clay is also very modern in other respects. Like all most pomades from the Uppercut Range, it is water-based. And candilla and carnauba wax takes care of hair and scalp and it will please all friends of the dry look. The effect With the Uppercut Clay, the name says it all. In the hair it is dull like clay - not a hint of shine. The contained clay (betonite) ensures this.
