Rub the beard oil a little between your palms and gently massage the beard with your hands along the direction of growth (i.e. from top to bottom) and the facial skin underneath. Model the beard into the desired shape. Then brush the beard oil even deeper into the beard hairs with a beard brush - preferably the Don Draper beard brush. The beard brush penetrates the hair layers better and also stimulates the blood circulation of the facial skin and the hair roots. Use as shaving oil: Moisten the area to be shaved with warm water or place a towel dipped in hot water and wrung out on the skin for a few minutes. Leave the skin slightly moist. Use the pipette to drop 1-3 drops of the Don Draper beard oil onto one or more fingers and massage the oil onto the areas of skin to be shaved. Now you can start shaving with a safety razor, straight razor or system razor. The additional use of shaving soap or shaving foam is possible, but not necessary.
