Modern glossy hair cream
A medium weight, cream coloured styling cream on a lanolin base with the great Layrite scent. Provides a medium firm, flexible hold and an awesome shine. Made in the USA.
The Layrite Super Shine Cream comes, from all three Layrites, next to a real pomade. Since it is based on a combination of water, lanolin (wool fat) and beeswax and silicone.
Effect
The Layrite Super Shine Cream offers one thing: an incredibly high shine. The gloss effect is already evident with the first combing. Unlike traditional, chemical-free pomades in the hair it doesn't feel oily at all. The hold is medium weight, but thanks to lanolin, lanolin wax and beeswax very stable.
For which hairstyles is this suitable for this product
The Layrite Super Shine Cream is suitable for all the hairstyles that should shine. So it is perfect for glossy looks of the 1920s to the 1950s.
Consistency and fragrance
The Layrite Supershine Cream looks like a cremy paste. The consistency is like a toothpaste. The scent is very, very mild. It also reminds of apricot yoghurt. But in the hair and on the hands you can't smell absolutely nothing.
Application
The Layrite Supershine Cream can be taken from the jar quite well like toothpaste. In the hands it feels quite sticky, but applied in the hair the stickiness is gone and it's easy to comb.
Wash out
If you apply the Layrite Supershine Cream to pomadefree hair, it's easy to wash out. However washing out is not so easy. Water and normal shampoos seem being repelled by the contained waxes, oils and silicone. With a special shampoo that works smoothly. But who does not care will be rewarded with a top-line sheen even after shampooing.
Packaged in a nice plastic jar with a gold colored screwcap.

Glänzt und riecht
Die Shine Cream macht ihre Sache gut, was den Glanz angeht. Hierfür verwende ich sie, nachdem ich mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Pomaden meine Haare vorbereite. Den Candy-Duft finde ich leider ziemlich unterirdisch. Ich weiß nicht genau, wo ich es gelesen habe, aber irgendjemand gibt Dapper Dan Gold Haartonic zum Abschluss in die Haare hinein. Mache ich ebenso - und ja, es minimiert (je nach Menge) den aufdringlichen Candy-Duft.
Beides - Haartonic & Shine Cream - habe ich im Pomadeshop zum Ausprobieren erst mal in der Travel Size-Größe geordert.

Perfection
A perfect pomade. Easy to apply and recomb during the day. It feels like an oil-based pomade without leaving oil/fat-stain on your pillow. Or in ones hat. And that scent... Gorgeous vanilla candy!
Combined with the Layrite shaving cream and post shave balm... YES!
I´m home baby! :)

Spitzen Pomade
Ich habe die Pomade bei meinem Barbier gesehen und diese an mir testen lassen. Mit Erfolg! Nachdem ich den Stahlhelm der wasserlöslichen Pomaden nie gemocht habe und immer nach einer Alternative zur ölbasierten Pomade gesucht habe, bin ich nun endlich am Ziel. Ich benutze sie um mir einen klassischen slickback zu machen, was sehr gut funktioniert. Die Haare bleiben da wo sie sind und bleiben auch kämmbar so wie man es von ölbassierten Pomaden kennt.
Der Preis ist es wert!

ich kann dieses produkt allen einstegern weiterempfehlen es vereinigt die leichte einarbeitung einer frisiercrem die optikeiner öl pomade und die sehr leichte auswaschbarkeit einer gelpomade zu einer sehr einsteigerfreundlichen spitzenpomade! p.s. gruß an andy wasserlösliche pomaden 4EVER!!!!

Tolle Pomade
Der Duft und die Konsistenz ist einfach der absolute Wahnsinn. Lässt sich sehr einfach im Haar verarbeiten und ebenso einfach aus der Dose entnehmen. Da es eine weiche Pomade ist, die sehr stark glänzt ist es eher eine die man als Topper für andere nimmt oder nur in sehr kalten Jahreszeiten benutzt. Stylen mit Tollen ist schwierig.

Eine hervorragende medium UWB
Grundsätzlich erwarte ich nicht viel von Produkten, die nicht handgemacht sind. Aber diese UWB Pomade ist wirklich gut und macht was drauf steht.
