Warm between the palms until the balm softens and can be distributed evenly. Work through a clean, dry or slightly damp beard from the roots to the tips. Use the fingertips to distribute the balm down to the skin beneath. Finish by combing or brushing the beard before shaping it as desired. Short beard: Begin with approximately a pea-sized amount. Medium-length beard: Distribute a small fingertip evenly. Long or coarse beard: Apply in stages and add more sparingly if required. Begin with a small amount for a natural result.
