Black & White Hair Dressing Pomade, large

A medium weight pomade with a Rock'n Roll history! One of the most popular pomades! Net. Wt. 200 g
Description

Product information "Black & White Hair Dressing Pomade, large"

The cult pomade from Memphis / Tennessee (USA)

This pomade contains rock'n'roll!!! Since 1922

"Black & White Genuine Pluko Hair Dressing Pomade" was supposedly the favorite pomade of famous rock'n'roll stars of the fifties - no wonder, since they started their careers in Memphis/Tennessee. The pomade is medium-firm, excellent to use and has a legendary scent. Black & White has been manufactured by Pluko since 1922. The famous Black & White celebrated its 100th birthday in 2022.

"Black & White Genuine Pluko Hair Dressing Pomade" is a versatile pomade that gives hair structure and shape. It is medium-firm but supple and gives the hair an elastic hold for the whole day. The scent is brilliant anyway - it is reminiscent of coconut palms, sun and sea, with powdery notes of coconut and jasmine.

The nourishing and water-repellent formula of the "Black & White Original Pomade" literally won't leave you out in the rain. Men in particular love the puristic and at the same time nostalgic packaging. And the contents of 200 g, which is more than twice as much as other pomades, leaves nothing to be desired.

Application:

To style your hair, take a finger full of pomade and rub it between your fingers and hands. Work this into the hair with your fingertips - from the roots, through the middle hair and into the ends. Then comb the hair into the desired shape. Use more if necessary.

Made in the USA.

Dezenter Duft,mittelfester Halt !

Glanz ist in Ordnung nicht too much.

Sweet Georgia Brown comb

A reliable pocket comb for everyday use – compact, practical on the go, and ideal for barbers as well as anyone who appreciates traditional grooming style. Made in Germany. A true highlight is the gold-colored, hand-embossed Sweet Georgia Brown lettering – executed with the same method originally used in the 1930s. Precision teeth with strong grip The teeth are intentionally crafted with a slightly stronger “bite”: They grip the hair firmly, glide through even thick or pomaded hair with ease, and provide structure rather than simply passing over the surface. This allows for clean sectioning and shaping – a quality still highly appreciated in classic barbershops today. For very sensitive scalps, using a lighter touch is recommended. DON DRAPER Hairbrush with handle "XL"

High-quality handle hairbrush by Don Draper. Made in Germany For thin and normal hair. Made in Germany from real pear wood and pure, dark natural bristles. With the Don Draper logo. Traditional hairbrush with handle. With the Don Draper branding. Made by one of the oldest hairbrush manufacturers in Germany. Made from oiled pear wood and with 10 rows of pure, dark natural bristles. A luxurious hairbrush in a classic rounded shape, made from polished pear wood and with firm boar bristles. Gently cares for the hair and scalp, distributes the natural hair oils to the hair tips and gives the hair a beautiful shine. Brushes like this were used in the 1920s and 1950s to make hair shine even more. A hairbrush for all hair types, from thick to normal to thin hair. The firm, dark boar bristles glide gently through the hair and also massage your scalp to stimulate blood circulation. Boar bristles are made from the same protein as human hair and are therefore particularly gentle on the hair and scalp. With this Don Draper hairbrush, your hair will look well-groomed again.Tip: The secret to the glamorous hairstyles of the 1920s-50s is an oil-based pomade or hair tonic and a hairbrush with soft boar bristles, such as the Don Draper hairbrush. The high-quality, soft bristles are not only suitable for styling hair, but also for caring for the ends of the hair and giving the hair more volume. Use in the morning: In the morning, when you get up, use a Don Draper hairbrush instead of a comb. You will be surprised at how accurately the hairbrush brings the sleepy hair back into shape with just a few brush strokes. At the same time, the scalp is supplied with blood and the natural sebum is distributed, giving your hair a healthy, natural shine. Application for even more shine: Use a soft pomade or an oil-based hair tonic. Comb the hair forwards, then backwards to better distribute the styling product. Then comb the desired hairstyle. To give your hair even more shine, take the hairbrush and run it over your hair several times - especially on the sides. This hairbrush is perfect for slicked back hairstyles. This is how to care for the Don Draper bristle hairbrush: As soon as the shine of the hairbrush starts to fade, it's time to clean it. Remove hair from the brush by lifting it out from the side with a comb or the Don Draper brush cleaner. Move back and forth in soapy water and rinse under cold water. Do not soak as the bristles will absorb water and damage the wood. Shake off excess moisture and place the brush on a towel with the bristles facing down. Allow the brush to air dry and do not apply additional heat. For generations, high-quality bristles have been used from Indian and Chinese wild boar, which are known for their natural strength and elasticity. The quality of the bristles is judged by their stiffness. The highest quality and most expensive bristles are located close to the body. To reach all layers of hair, right down to the scalp, Dapper Dan uses different grades and mixtures of bristles. These are suitable for penetrating the different hair structures, whether fine, normal or thick. Real bristles ensure good hair care in many ways. First and foremost, they keep the hair clean. When viewed under a microscope, the surface of a bristle resembles the scales of a fish. When a hairbrush made of natural bristles is pulled through a head of hair, these tiny overlapping scales act like a comb, combing each hair tightly. This cleans the hair follicles of dirt, dust and grease. Natural bristles will never damage human hair, as both are made of the same protein. More elasticity, fullness and strong hair The gentle pulling of the sebaceous glands stimulates this delicate skin oil and distributes it throughout the hair, from root to tip. This creates natural shine, fullness and elasticity, and prevents split ends. This cannot be achieved with a comb alone. If used regularly to stimulate the scalp, brushes made of natural bristles also stimulate hair growth. Made in Germany Size: 230 x 63 mm

Blue Waltz Perfume

The High School Ladies' Perfume of the 1950s   First produced in 1927, Blue Waltz became an elegant luxury perfume in the 1930s, promoted by Hollywood stars such as Myrna Loy and Alice White. Back then it cost only 10 cents and by the 1950s it had become a popular fragrance among teenage girls, evoking wonderful memories of wild jukebox dances and romantic moments at the graduation ball. Among the fragrance notes are vanilla, lemon, clove, red rose, powdery notes, benzoin resin, oakmoss, geranium and coumarin. Made in the USA and unchanged since the 1950s in its iconic small heart-shaped glass bottle. Blue Waltz is still packaged today in a beautiful heart-shaped glass bottle only 8 cm tall. The perfume is honey- to cognac-colored and delivers a romantic, light sweet-powdery-spicy-fresh scent reminiscent of vanilla, green tea, cinnamon, anise and, in a way, festive holiday spices. The fragrance is clear and sexy, surprisingly light and refreshing. Even back in the day, Blue Waltz was a beautiful, fascinating and seductive scent. And today, women wearing it will still turn heads and hear the question: “What perfume is that?”. By the way, the fragrance composition of Blue Waltz was copied by a very well-known American brand for charming ladies’ lingerie and released under its own perfume label. Directions: Apply a drop of Blue Waltz to your neck and feel transported to a magical night in 1955 when the high school band opened the prom with “Oh, What a Night”. Sweet Georgia Brown HAIR TONIC 500 ml

Sweet Georgia Brown Hair Tonic – featuring the original 1934 fragrance A hair tonic like back then—experienced anew. Featuring the original 1930s Sweet Georgia Brown scent, loved since 1934. A soothing men’s grooming ritual in the spirit of the 1930s that refreshes, invigorates, and cares for scalp and hair with timeless elegance. Traditionally made in the EU, original fragrance oil made in the USA. Since 1934, the name Sweet Georgia Brown has stood for classic pomade, immaculate style, and the unmistakable aroma of traditional barbershops. Before Sweet Georgia Brown became almost exclusively synonymous with pomade after 1984, the brand was part of the celebrated Valmor Products Company of Chicago in the 1930s and 1940s—famous for striking Art Deco labels, refined men’s grooming, and that authentic barbershop charm. Back then, the Sweet Georgia Brown range included pomades, brilliantine, hair tonics, and talcum powders—true American grooming staples. Today, the Sweet Georgia Brown Hair Tonic picks up that thread as the brand’s first new release in decades: a return to elegant, scent-driven barbershop grooming. At the heart of this tonic is the aroma—by design. It contains around 3% of the original, oil-based Sweet Georgia Brown fragrance oil—made in the USA—at a concentration more familiar from eau-de-colognes. Warm, slightly sweet, powdery, and unmistakably elegant: a barbershop accord that evokes pomade sheen, leather chairs, talc, and the charm of the 1930s. But this tonic offers more than a great scent: it refreshes the scalp, enlivens the senses, and leaves a naturally groomed finish with very light hold. Coconut Oil Esters, Creatine, and Allantoin care for hair and scalp—ideal for daily use, quick touch-ups, or as a classic barber finish after a cut. Hero Ingredients & Benefits Coconut Oil Esters: Provide lasting moisture and natural shine. Creatine: Strengthens the hair fiber and improves elasticity. Allantoin: Soothes and calms the scalp while supporting regeneration. Menthol: Adds a subtle sense of freshness and enhances the invigorating feel on scalp and hair. Benefits Hydrates the hair and adds a healthy, natural shine. Removes buildup and product residue from scalp and hair. Improves combability, even in damp hair. Acts like a light leave-in conditioner – ideal for daily use. Refreshes and revitalizes both scalp and hair throughout the day – without a strong cooling effect. Free From Free from silicones, parabens, acrylates, and PVP polymers – ingredients commonly found in modern grooming tonics. A pure, traditional formulation focused on performance and authenticity. Effect When massaged into hair and scalp, the tonic delivers a pleasant freshness, a smooth feel, and an airy, well-groomed look without weighing hair down. It helps the comb glide, evaporates quickly, and lets the legendary scent linger subtly throughout the day—perfect for mornings or a mid-day refresh. Scent The original 1930s Sweet Georgia Brown scent—warm, slightly sweet, faintly spicy, and powder-elegant. It smells of Damascus rose, lavender, cinnamon, clove, citrus peel, pine and vanilla. Loved since 1934. A fragrance that instantly calls to mind classic barbershops, pomade gloss, and refined men’s grooming. How to Use Massage a small amount evenly into hair and scalp. Ideal for daily care, refreshing your style, or as a scented finish after a haircut. For a neat, natural look with very light hold. Application in the palm Pour about one teaspoon into your palms, rub together, then work vigorously into scalp and hair until lightly set. Style as usual—ideally with Sweet Georgia Brown Pomade (once available). Pre- & post-cut in the barbershop Pre-cut: Massage a small amount into the scalp to invigorate and prepare hair for cutting. Post-cut: Massage a little tonic again, then comb gently with the grain for a clean, fresh finish and refined scent. Barbershop ritual, 1930s style For a classic experience: before application, place a warm, damp towel on the scalp for 1–2 minutes to open the pores and enhance both scent and care. Then massage in the tonic, comb through, and complete the style with pomade. Note Avoid contact with eyes. Bottled in a clear 500 ml (16.9 fl. oz.) glass bottle. Made in the Czech Republic (EU). King Brown ORIGINAL Pomade

Medium-weight pomade with tobacco-vanilla fragrance   A classic, medium-weight pomade with one of the most beautiful scents of tobacco, cherry, vanilla. Packaged in a beautifully designed tobacco box. An absolute eye-catcher! Made in Australia. The Original Pomade "Long Hold" of the Australian brand King Brown is a traditionally made, medium-firm pomade with classic ingredients such as petroleum jelly, mineral oil but also skin smoothing C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate. In addition, this is the first pomade by King Brown at all. The pomade is named "Long Hold" and actually really gives the hair a long-lasting, light to medium strong and stable hold with a nostalgic shine. The King Brown Long Hold Pomade itself looks like a melted, sticky, white candle and is just as waxy, rather soft to medium solid and slightly tough. The highlight of the King Brown Long Hold Pomade is the stunningly beautiful, nostalgic fragrance. When opening the King Brown Original Pomade, you literally smell a sensory explosion. Aromas of cherry, lemon, tobacco, vanilla and cedar wood with a hint of menthol freshness flow to the nose at the same time. When removed from the can, the solid, waxy-tough, slightly oily consistency shows. It is easy to apply and the hairstyle lasts a good working day. Of course, the petrolatum-based and water repellent formula of the King Brown Original Pomade is not meant to wash out. But if it needs to leave your hair, take some more time in the shower with a shampoo or special pomade shampoo. Another highlight of the King Brown Long Hold Pomade is its artistically high-quality - and iconic - can design in vanilla, orange, silver and with decorative curvatures. The optical focal point is the Australian poisonous snake King Brown, as well as the matching snaky lettering. The name is also an allusion to the founder Dean Brown. At just 2.5 oz (71 g), the King Brown offers a little less than a Murray's, Sweet Georgia Brown or Dapper Dan Pomade. But the the can correctly filled and there is even something more in it. Conclusion: the King Brown Pomade is not only an absolute eye-catcher but above all a beautiful premium pomade.   Directions: Massage some pomade into dry hair. At first take less. Now just comb in shape and you are ready to go. The pomade keeps the hairstyle flexible and combable throughout the day.   Packed in a beautiful tin box in a tobacco can look.Made in Australia (Without colors or preservatives) Content: 2.5 oz.(71 g)   Ingredients: Cera Microcristallina Petrolatum Paraffinum Liquidum C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate Paraffin Parfum Cera Alba Coumarin Eugenol Linalool

Shear Revival CRYSTAL LAKE Styling Pomade

Great UWB with an abundance of care A medium-strength, waxy cream pomade with a fresh scent of blood orange and lavender and medium shine. Handmade in Ashbury Park, New Jersey (USA) Shear Revival began in October 2013 in a small kitchen in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The founder and mastermind behind "Shear Revival" - Zachary West has been a successful stylist and barber in the industry for over a decade. But after the available products did not meet his high quality standards, Zachary went into the kitchen himself and began to create his own products using his knowledge of the beauty industry. With a strong DIY work ethic and ethos, each product is handmade in small batches in what is now his own laboratory in order to always achieve products of the highest quality. He also places great value on using a maximum of natural ingredients and as little chemicals as possible. You can tell straight away from the ingredients used and the harmoniously coordinated scents how much love and passion goes into making the products here. And Zachary and his team produce every single product according to this credo: "Made by the mindful, for the honest & earnest" The light white cream pomade is removed with almost no effort. Rubbed between the hands, it becomes creamy and smooth, as is typical of some handmade cream pomades. Distributing it in the hair is child's play, as is typical for medium-firm cream pomades. Once applied to the hair, it is really a pleasure to model the hairstyle in all imaginable styles. Lots of volume, high hairstyles, Elvis pomp or classic style, with Crystal Lake you can tame and style pretty much any hair type. The cream pomade can be easily washed out with a little shampoo and warm water. Afterwards, the hair feels cared for and not straw-like or even dry. Shear Revival's harmoniously balanced scent of fully ripe blood orange and Provencal lavender wafts around the nose all day long and is by no means intrusive. The Shear Revival "Crystal Lake" is packaged in a brown glass jar with a screw cap Made in the USA Contents: 96 g Ingredients: Aqua Beeswax Ricinus Communis Seed Oil Copernicia Cerifera Wax Mangifera Indica Seed Butter Cetearyl Alcohol Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil Vitis Vinifera Seed Oil Limnanthes Alba Seed Oil Polysorbate 60 Tocopherol Phenoxyethanol Glycerin Citrus Sinensis Peel Oil Expressed Lavandula Angustifolia Oil Maranta Arundinacea Root Powder Behentrimonium Methosulfate Juniperus Virginiana Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Fruit Oil Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil Lavandula Officinalis Flower Oil Caprylyl Glycol Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Coumarin Geraniol Citral Linalool Limonene

DAX Neat Waves - ORANGE

The medium weight pomade by DAX A traditionally produced pomade with only four ingredients. Gives a perfect, medium hold and exceptional shine. With a mild, nostalgic scent. Made in the USA. The new DAX Neat Waves pomade at first irritates the experienced pomade fan. Because it comes in an orange box, the color which has been entitled since 1925 by the Murray's Superior or Murray's Super Light Pomade. But this decision was certainly not without reason at the Imperial DAX Company, because you can tell by the new pomade, whom DAX had with this new grease in mind: The users of the Murray's Pomade, like rockabillies and fans of 1940/50er hairstyles. Still, the DAX Neat Waves is totally different from the Murray's pomades. The effect With the new Neat Waves the U.S. manufacturer DAX managed a real coup. Since the pomade a successful blend of the heavy "DAX Wave & Groom" and the soft, shiny "DAX Short & Neat": on one hand, this pomade is medium weight but provides a firm hold. The hairs appear stronger and even more voluminous. On the other hand, the gloss is excellent, comparable to a Royal Crown Mens Pomade. And yet the hair does not look oily or greasy.  With this DAX Neat Waves the hair feels very clean and smooth, almost as if it had been dampened. If you run your hand over your hair, it's like gliding over piano lacquer. No greasy, sticky or oily trace. After half an hour or an hour if you glide through your hair the hair feels fluffy and on the fingers stays just a hint of a creamy feeling. The hairstyle remains flexible and glossy at all times, and you can comb through without damaging the quality of hold or shine.  Which hairstyle fits this pomade The DAX Neat Waves is perfect for hair styles of the 1950s, like the pompadour, the Elvis quiff or a neat shiny business look. The medium weight, tough and sticky consistency also manages to tame thin, normal or curly hair quite well. The hairstyle keeps its shape all day. The gloss does not dry out. If required you just comb your hair back as desired. Less useful is the DAX Neat Waves for dryish, modern hairstyles because it is just too shiny.   For whom is this product Quite clear: for Rockabillies For mixers of the red DAX with the blue DAX For fans of the Royal Crown Mens Pomade, Royal Crown Hair Dressing or Tuxedo Club For the dapper businessman style Consistency and fragrance The DAX Neat Waves looks like a very light colored, creamy honey. By the consistency it reminds clearly of pomades by J. Strickland & Co. from Memphis / Tennessee. Because it is really nice soft and chewy, like melted cheese, and is very easy to handle. On the fingers it won't stick and also washing it out from your hands won't cause any problems. Interestingly enough, in this "Orange DAX" are the same ingredients as in the "red DAX", but in a different order. So this one is dominated by petrolatum, and - although very mildly scented - in second place, comes the fragrance. In third and fourth place follows mineral oil and lanolin (wool wax). The scent is very mild and very pleasant kind of old-school. Fans of the DAX Wave & Groom or the DAX Short & Neat will feel at home. You can smell subtle hints of vanilla, orange and cedar. Directions and styling tips The DAX Neat Waves almost can't be overdosed. Nevertheless start with just a finger full of pomade (ie as much as you can easily get of pomade on your finger from the can) and rub it between your fingers or hands, until the pomade feels even. Now run your fingers through your hair, you can also rub in into the hair roots and the scalp. Rub it in the beginning not too much into the front section of hair, as it might otherwise look quickly too flat. On the sides and top hair (ie the upper area of hair) you can use more just as needed. Then comb in style. That's it. There shoudl be no need of a additional soft pomade for extra shine. Washing out:  Although the DAX Neat Waves is a classic pomade, you'll get most out of your hair washed out relatively well. If however something should be left in your hair, it will make a good start for a nice hairstyle in the next morning. You will just need to comb your hair a bit in shape and there you go. Tip:  For best results use a hairbrush with real bristles. The dense bristles provide a smooth appearance to the hair and help the pomade lay the hair even better. You may use a high-quality hairbrush from Kent or the less expensive from Diane. The pomade is packaged in an attractive orange tin can.Made in the USA. (Without colour or preservatives) Net.
