O'Douds Dry Wax is designed for hairstyles that demand exceptional strength and precise control. It combines the firm performance of a traditional hair wax with the dry grip of a modern styling product and is described by O'Douds as the strongest product in its entire range.
Despite its considerable strength, Dry Wax does not set into a completely rigid shell. The hairstyle remains pliable and can be reshaped with the fingers or a comb throughout the day. This makes it equally suitable for short, textured styles and classic pompadours, side parts and high-volume quiffs.

Maximum Control with Flexible Styling
Rice bran wax, carnauba wax and hydrogenated castor oil form the foundation of the product's strong yet pliable hold. They control normal, thick or stubborn hair and help maintain the desired shape for many hours.
Kaolin and sea salt add grip, texture and definition. Castor oil and jojoba oil support smooth application and help prevent the hair from feeling unnecessarily brittle despite the dry finish.
Dry Wax can also be used to increase the hold of other styling products. A small amount may be combined with a softer pomade or styling cream whenever additional control is required without fundamentally changing its original finish.

Dry Wax or Matte Paste?
O'Douds Dry Wax is the stronger and more controlling of the two products. It largely preserves the hair's natural sheen and is particularly well suited to precisely shaped hairstyles requiring maximum stability.
O'Douds Matte Paste offers slightly less hold but creates a visibly more matte finish with looser volume. It is ideal for flexible, messy and naturally textured styles. Choose Dry Wax for maximum strength or Matte Paste for the most matte result.
The Fragrance
The fresh fragrance combines sparkling bergamot with green, subtly earthy accords reminiscent of green tea. Black pepper, palo santo and lavender provide additional depth, while orange and may chang contribute a lively citrus character.
O'Douds creates the fragrance with essential oils, plant extracts and absolutes rather than synthetic fragrance oils. The result is clean, airy and modern, becoming pleasantly subtle after styling.
How to Use
Scoop out a small amount according to your hair length and lightly spread it between the palms. Work evenly through dry or slightly damp hair from the roots to the ends, then shape with the fingers, a comb or a brush.
Application to completely dry hair provides the strongest hold, greatest grip and driest, most defined finish. For additional volume, blow-dry the hair before application while directing it roughly into the desired shape.
Applying the product to slightly damp hair makes it easier to distribute and produces a looser, more natural style with reduced volume. Build the hold gradually with several small amounts if necessary.
Restyling and Washout
Dry Wax remains pliable throughout the day and can be reshaped whenever required. Its water-based formula is considerably easier to remove than a traditional oil-based hair wax. Warm water and a mild shampoo are recommended for complete cleansing.

ALLTIME FAVORITE! [11/10]
TOP, EINFACH TOP! Ich habe viele Pomaden probiert, und das ist einer meiner absoluten Alltime-Favorites, wenn nicht meine liebste. Dafür dass sie vegan & nachhaltig ist, was für mich eigentlich nachrangig ist,- hat sie dennoch einen so einen tollen, natürlichen Halt, sie überholt locker viele andere Produkte in der Außenkurve! Schön matt, deshalb ist sie bisschen auf der trockenen / festen Seite, also wenn mans ins ganz trockene Haar einarbeitet, schön vorher durchkämmen dass man nicht hängen bleibt. Oder bisschen feucht machen. Aber dann.. sensationell. Und der Geruch ist erfrischend zitrisch, was das Produkt perfekt abrundet. UNBEDINGTE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG von mir!! Keine Sekunde weiter überlegen, wenn ihr das lest. :) Viel Spaß beim Einarbeiten. ;)

Toller Duft, guter Halt
Lässt sich sehr einfach in die Haare einarbeiten. Schöner Bergamotte Duft. Gibt für mich genau den richtigen Halt. Lässt sich sehr einfach auswaschen.
