Body heat softens the firm wax base and makes it easier to distribute. Apply the clay evenly in several small portions, working from the roots to the ends. For the strongest hold, greatest texture and most matte finish, use it in completely dry hair. Shape with the fingers, a comb or a brush. For additional volume, blow-dry the hair first while directing it roughly into the desired shape. Build greater hold gradually with another small amount if required. Restyling and Buildup Entropy does not harden and remains workable throughout the day. Individual sections can be redefined whenever required with the fingers or a comb. As with a traditional oil-based pomade, a small amount of product may remain in the hair after washing. This buildup provides a useful styling foundation for the following day, meaning that considerably less fresh product is normally required. Washout The oil-based formula cannot be rinsed away with water alone. A strong pomade shampoo or clarifying shampoo is recommended for complete removal. Depending on the amount applied, hair type and shampoo used, two washes may be necessary.
